The PROSPER Coalition's Strategic Plan defines the goals of the coalition, objectives for each goal, and a timeline for the completion of each objective. The Strategic Plan aligns with the PROSPER Coalition's Logic Model and includes goals and objectives specific to each Committee.

As defined by the CDC, a logic model is a "graphic depiction (road map) that presents the shared relationships among the resources, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact for your program. It depicts the relationship between your program’s activities and its intended effects."

The PROSPER Coalition's Logic Model addresses three primary concerns for youth in Huron County:

  1. Early onset of Marijuana Use

  2. Underage Drinking

  3. Youth Suicide
